I switched from contract to pay as you go about 10 days ago and my number is still not connected. I was with autopage and i am now on [repaid with MTN but the MTN store keeps saying it is not their problem and they cant help when in fact it is your problem.
Everyone is full of excuses i have been into the store and i have tried calling and no one can or will help
Please can someone ensure the number gets connected
