Account incorrectly debited - Acc no. 112180609

I cancelled my policy with 1 Life Direct on the 2nd February 2013, and received confirmation that it was cancelled but my account was debited twice after that. The account was debited on the 15th of February 2013.
I called the call centre and was told to send my bank statement showing the debits.

The statement was sent on the 21st February 2013, 1 Life did not respond, on the 27th of February I sent them a follow up e-mail to which they did not respond, on the 28th of February I called them and they told me they were still processing. My money was refunded today the 7th of March 2013, but only R374.24 was refunded when they had debited R748.48.
