Signed an Autopage cellular contract in 2010. Contract was R69 pm. 100 anytime minutes.
I never upgraded the contract and never checked my invoice, because I never exceeded my 100 minutes. In May I realized they have been subtracting over R300 per month. I phone the call centre and they can not explain where these extra charges is coming from. I tell them to cancel my contract immediately. I am assured the contract is cancelled and I need to use any free minutes before 25 May. This morning I phone in connection with my last payment just to find out the contract was never cancelled and I have to fork out another R 300 in June.
Wrote many little messages on their website waiting for so called consultants to get back to me... nothing
Truly shocking service from their head office call centre, probably bordering
