I upgraded to a Smart M contract. It was explained to me that the free minutes form my Weekender contract will be carried over to the new contract. It will epxire on 30 November 2013. After making phone calls after 20:00 at night, none of my carried-over minutes were utilised, but instead my new anytime minutes were utilised. The call centre are incompetent and can not answer my question or explain to me why this is being done.

I will be losing all the carried-over minutes as it expires on 30 November and only my new anytime minutes are used.
Can someone please explain the reasoning behind this approach as this is redicilous!!!
