Upgrade - Out of stock with no answer on delivery

I stand in a line for more than 2hours at our MTN store here in Secunda on Saterday the 1st of June, only to find out that there is no Stock on the Samsung Galaxy S4 (Cant they at least just put up a note in the window to make one aware that there is no Stock than to let you stand in a line for nothing). I than had to fill out forms for the upgrade and was promised to be phoned with an answer on when the stock will arrive. I have phoned the store again on Tuesday 04/06/2013, but just received the same answer that they dont have stock and do not know when it will be delivered. I even write a complaint to MTN on line service (REQ:2232705) but still did not receive any response. How do I know if my upgrade is in progress and when I will receive my new handsets?
