Making arrangement to pay account over 6 months

I incurred a large bill whilst overseas. I want to settle the amount over 6 months if possible. I managed to speak to someone in the Legal dept, who said that i must reverse my debit order after it has gone through, then contact MTN to make an arrangement to pay the balance off in installments.

After reversing the debit order, i have been trying for days to get through to MTN, but i believe that there is no way of contacting anyone at MTN without going via the call centre. Eventually i got through to someone at Legal dept, who said i should speak to the credit controller. The credit controller said she can only assist me if i am prepared to pay the balance owing in 3 months. But the first person i spoke to in Legal dept said i can pay if off in 6 months. I have been trying several times to get through to Legal via the call centre, but i have to keep waiting until eventually i cancel the call in frustration.

Is there no email address or direct tel no that i can contact?
