CONTRACT NOT HONOURED

I upgraded my phone in early April 2013 and my Cellphone is not functioning todate. I went to Vodasures in Soweto maponya mall they failed to assist me telling me that I should go to sandton for 4g lte as they don't have. Or phone customer care and when I phone vodacom call ends up saying try again later. I have been trying todate but no help, I m frustrated with blackberry z10 not functioning please assist
