Migrated to Vodacom RED VIP - EPIC FAIL

I requested to be migrated to the Vodacom RED VIP unlimited plan. the day the SMS came through stating that my migration was successful my service stopped functioning. since last Tuesday (30th April) until today (7th of MAY) Autopage have been unable to assist me. the customer service agents keep giving me the run around about how its not their fault (after the first 4 days of not being able to use my phone and them trying things to get it working) and its Vodacom's problem, to which they committed to have escalated on Friday to Vodacom, upon calling them again yesterday (despite my two 1 hours calls to Autopage per day to get this resolved) I determined that only yesterday, after 7 days did they actually escalate this to Vodacom. I cannot get hold of a supervisor., .. these are always "busy" or unavailable... I have no way of escalating this higher! Vodacom say I'm an Autopage customer and therefore cannot assist me, Autopage says its Vodacom's fault.. so clearly its seems to be no ones fault and I must just live with this non functioning service until someone gets out of bed and sorts this out. I find this totally unacceptable!!! what am I actually paying for?
