MTN Allowing illegal deductions without permission

On 26 March 2013, we discovered that illegal deductions of around R200 per month more were going through our MTN account without our permission. The timing of the deductions was perfectly planned as there was a post office strike at from December till March so no mail statements arrived and we were uninformed. Spoke to call centre Luvoyo (ref 98403348) on 26 March and he promised to stop the deductions and send letter requesting the refund. Assumed he did as promised until we received sms on 10 April stating we subscribed for some content and sms stop to opt out, we opted out immediately. At called centre last night spoke to Sibusiso Ndebele (ref 99337065) who informed that nothing was done by Luvoyo and he could not assist. He refused to listen to me that we did not authorise the deductions as our agreement was only signed with MTN.He refused to accept CPA rules as assist us. Requested to speak to Supervisor or manager who can but nobody available. I want a refund for all content charges that I did not authorise MTM to pay to any third party since 27 December 2012.We have not downloaded or used any content. All I want is illegal charges to be reversed asap. CPA rules protect us all
