Illegal deductions

Contacted you 20 May 2013 regarding illegal deductions going off from my account. All involved quickly responded to my complaint. Mr Sha from rocket direct marketing was one of them. He wanted to confirm the deductions as well as my account which I forward to him. Lot of excuses. Since then anther 4 deductions went of and I still did not receive my money back.
