Illegal debiting of my account

I have ongoing debits from my account - Over R35 PER DAY!!!
I cannot load airtime on my phone, as I load it, with in 1 hour Mira Networks have deducted what is available.
I received an sms from ZA WAP Kulaville Whatsapp - went into the link.
With in 1 minute I received an sms stating I was going to be debited. This was on the 14/12/2012 I immediately I sent the STOP message to OPT out. The deductions never ended. I sent a further STOP sms to OPT out on the 13/01/2013 and STILL the deductions continue.
THIS IS ILLEGAL!!!
I have attempted to make contact with Mira Networks however, I am starting to believe that there is no one on the other end to answer as I just sit on hold.
I am currently on the line to them and I have been on hold for 24 minutes to speak to a consultant.
How am I supposed to request a refund and end this nightmare if I am unable to contact them???
