CELLC COLLUDES WITH ILLEGAL NETWORKS & EXTORTION

I have not been receiving my Cellc statements for the past few months despite numerous calls & emails to cellc and Blanche at customer care, during the absence of my billing statements I have noticed that my cellphone bill had radically increased. After calling the cellc callcentre and threatening them with legal action I finally received my cellc statement, which showed that I was billed daily for the amounts of R6 by Mira and R9 for Opera, something that I never signed up for or subscribed to. When I queried this with Cellc I was informed there was no way that they could cancel or block these unauthorised deductions, I called the numbers 0861106472 and 0841942222 but only got the answering machine. Cellc is that why you are not sending me my monthly statements so that you can collude with illegal networks to extort money from me and other unsuspecting clients. This is. Cellc we trust you as a network provider to protect the best interests of your clients and consumers but instead u with-hold my monthly statement every month and you inflate my bill with unauthorised deductions. If these deductions for Mira and Opera do not stop immediately I will terminate my CellC contract.
