I recently took my Blackberry 9300 thats in on contract in for repairs on the 22/05/2013 as it constantly froze and the track pad didnt work at times. The phone has been twice in for repair prior to this for the same reason. The previous time the Manager of the store advised that a they would do a phone swap if the problem persists. Given this, when i took the phone in, they advised that the phoned needed to be booked in. They booked the phone in but the repair request form didnt even have a PRE number or anything. I contacted the store on 4 occasions to get feedback but on every occasion they take my details and said they were going to call me back with feedback. I am still awaiting feedback and it is already 2 weeks that lapsed. So much for good customer service.
