4 repair/replace claims in 2 years with Blackberry

MyBlackberry 9300 has been replaced on 3 occasions in the duration of my 2 year contract.
The most recent being replaced in January 2013 and I still experienced charger and camera issues in February 2013 already that is not even a month after the phone being replaced, the phone is currently booked in for the 4th time and it will possibly be replaced however I am keen to see how long this phone will last.

Secondly the turn around time is approximately 15 - 21 days for feedback, this gives me an estimate of 2 months without a phone seeing that it was booked in on 3 occasions. Shockingly when you book your blackberry in for repairs you are given a phone worth about R 100 - R 200 which is not even a blackberry! On the past 2 occasions not even a loan phone was available.

If Blackberry would like to contact me they can e-mail on [Email Removed] as I am currently without a phone! I am due for an upgrade however thinking hard about leaving the Blackberry brand.
