Poor and bad service

I took my phone to festival mall (Cell C) for repairs.i have a blackberry 9300 and the track-pad isn't working. it has been sent to repair management in midrand and has been there for 3 weeks. i got the phone back today (11/5) and it is still not working, i don't know what they have been doing with my phone - just that the software has been removed and replaced. how is that suppose to help fix the track-pad. it is not working at all!!! it is actually worse then it has been before. i don't know who tried fixing my phone but they didnt know what they were doing. i am paying over R400 for my contract and insurance included but they didnt even fix it. i will never recommend anyone ever to buy or take out any contract from Cell C ever again!!! i am very disappointed with their service. i have my phone but its useless. thanks for nothing!!! now i have to give my phone in again for repairs and probably stil wait another 3 weeks for it!!! so disappointing
