PATHETIC SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST

AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS (ABOUT 2 EACH MONTH SINCE I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH ALTECH AUTOPAGE) MY COMPLAINT HAS STILL NOT BEEN RESOLVED AND THEY HAVEN'T EVEN PROCESSED IT YET, BEARING IN MIND THAT THEY HAVE A SUPPOSED 24 HOUR FEEDBACK POLICY. THEY CHARGE ME DOUBLE MY SUBSCRIPTION FEE ON MY ACCOUNT AND THEN DEBIT IT ANOTHER MONTH AFTER THE INITIAL COMPLAINT. I UPGRADED IN MARCH 2013, BUT HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THE BLACKBERRY SUBSCRIPTION EVERY MONTH SINCE MARCH AND AFTER EVERY COMPLAINT THEY "SUBMIT A CREDIT NOTE IN RESPECT OF ONE MONTH" AND THEN CONTINUE TO BILL ME FOR THE BB THE FOLLOWING MONTH. I HAVE TO DATE NOT RECEIVED FEEDBACK AND EVERY CONSULTANT AT THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE IS UNABLE TO ASSIST YOU AND WILL FORWARD YOUR COMPLAINT, UNTIL THE NEXT TIME YOU HAVE TO CALL AGAIN.

PATHETIC - THINK TWICE ABOUT SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH THEM!!!
