CELL C IS DOING IT AGAIN

After I complained on Hello Peter more than a year ago and was contacted by Cell C to apologise for this mess, I received a sms this morning that my account is in arrears??? What is wrong with these people?? They even promised me a refund previously which I never received and now another threat?
