My phone has been booked in at autopage for repairs on the 6th of March. I have received no feedback from autopage on the status whatsoever. only after phonecalls have they began "tracking" the phone. The store said it may take up to 6 weeks to repair, it is now 6 weeks and the customer service centre do not even know where the phone is. The feedback i get now is that i have to wait for them to track it on their system then they can provide feedback. I have all my contracts with autopage for the past almost 8 years. I am really dissapointed in this service. at this stage i dont want no further feedback, i just want my phone back. I've lost so much work in the past 6 weeks as i do everything on my phone.
