Roaming services really really a lot

1. I'm to understand that if I enable roaming I will receive no confirmation SMS that SMS roaming is active.
(This is pretty flimsy system service)

2. I decided to test it to make sure I understand how it works. Now I'm told it could take 24hrs before the pending roaming off request is processed.
(Some frikken warning would have been nice)

3. Again no SMS to indicate that the SMS roaming has been turned off.
(So I'm just supposed to guess when it's been processed?)

24hours. Really!!!?

4. The roaming status message is also pretty confusing. (Is it just a help page, or is it showing me my status?)

5. I had a pretty unfriendly call centre agent at some point as well. (Right from the start... so It's not like I upset her or anything)

6. The call centre music is sometimes very load. (The fireworks song in particular)

7. And why must I give my number when I'm calling from the phone. (Don't tell me it's for security reasons, because I call number isn't a secure piece of information)
