Once again I draft this report with utter disappointment. I have been having issues with billing from Cell C for the past 18 months. I have been calling the customer service department from the time i initially made the discovery. I posted a complaint on this medium and Cell C finally answered properly. I received a call yesterday (03/06/13) at 11:50 and was informed by a Cell C rep who was handling my complaint that they had discovered the error from their side, and that i had been over charged. She further indicated that I shall be refunded. Cell C has now decided to suspend my line and claim that my account is in arrears. I found that to be very strange and I immediately called them and was shocked to discover that no update had been made in respect of the account. the person i spoke to further indicated that there are no records that show that i was even contacted by the custormer care department. I want them to treat me fairly. I have no problem with paying for what I am meant to pay for. What I hate, is being cheated of money i work hard for and being given below standards service. i cant wait for the day this contract ends. I wash my hands CELL C. NONSENS
