Poor Customer Services And Changes On Contract

I'm deeply frustrated and angered by Cell C Legal Department and consultants with there poor services. Last month I tried to cancel my contract with Cell C notifying them that I will no longer continue with my contract due to the fact my contract has expired with Cell C. Without any authorisation my number was deleted from the network of Cell C and the person or people responsible for this is in the Legal Department Of Cell C. How my details ended up there and why, that's a question I would like Cell C to answer. I tried calling Ivy at the Legal Department at Cell C and they keep putting me on hold for almost half an hour. One consultant even was rude to me and asked me why I'm looking for Ivy in the Legal Department which I answered that she was the person responsible for this error. Finally got hold of Ivy and informed me she will do a simswop for me and send me a new simcard. Cell C Customer Care informed me the simcard that was send to me is on a one month contract which I never asked for, all I wanted was my contract to be ended and keep my number still. Why is it so difficult for them to understand this. Who will be liable for this and I refuse any payments requested from me
