Fraudelent application cause blacklist

I am highly disappointed in Cell C and their department. In 2010 someone did an upgrade on my name, my signature, using my personal details and a copy of my ID. I received numerous calls from cell C saying I did not pay my account although at that time I did not have a contract with them. Apparently the upgrade was done at Gape gate store. I went there and spoke to the manager and we found the person who committed the. The manager reassured me she will take care of it and inform their department immediately. They even contacted him and ask him to bring back the phone but he refused.

I made a case against him at Brackenfell police station and he was arrested. I gave the department the case number and all the details they required from me!! I have not again heard from Cell C again. Yesterday I receive a Phone call saying I am backlisted and my account is in arrears?? After 4 years??? And I have recently taken out a new contract with Cell C and there were no judgment against my name or outstanding accounts. I am really disgusted in Cell C and the lack of incompetence their staff has working in this department and not doing their jobs properly!!
