Disappointed in Bad Service I have been receiving

Telecommunications

1. Went in to do an upgrade on the 04.05.2013 at Clearwater. Phone arrived on 12.05.2013 and the wrong colour was ordered. Device was returned and I was told, they will call me on the 6.05.2013. No call was received I followed up on my own via the call centre (as the branch number was never answered) spoke to Mulondi Dzebu whose follow ups are one & off, only to discover the branch only ordered my phone on the 23.05.2013 2wks after I was at the branch. Apparently the branch (Frances van Heerden, Claude Rooplall, Karen Davids) was suppose to call me, of which only one voice mail was received. No further communication was made until the courier company called me on the 03.06.2013.
2. Today I receive my phone with NO SIM CARD? By the time I receive my sim my 7 day out of the box failure warranty would have probably have expired but I have not used the phone yet. What happens if there's something wrong with the phone?
