I upgraded cell phone contracts to iphone 5S 32G 4 December 2013, the store consultant ordered the wrong phone 16G, after about a week they got us the correct model 32G. The phone had software problems. Hatfield branch sent it to Technical Office in Midrand, it was returned back to Hatfield on the 24 December 2013 with instructions to turn off find my phone software (the bracnh did not inform us). I would take another 2 weeks to get it back. I drove to Midrand physically to save time. The consultant had given us the wrong address. I had to go back again on 27 December. Got approval from Mtn Midrand for a new phone; 27 December, called the branch and they confirmed they had the phone; on arrival it was 16G wrong phone. 30 December I decided to cancel the upgrade with Hatfied and get it from Mtn direct. Branch said they cannot cancel the upgrade nor can they give me the contact details for the person responsible to do so. Eventually an email was to Regional manager from branch-I was told to follow up with call centre, the call centre sent me back to branch- everyoonepassing the buck. After ten years of 3 contracts with Mtn, i expect respect and better service. Who is accountable?
