I would like to bring to your attention the poor service received, starting from the contact centre, going to the branch as well as Head office, i have contacted the call centre to have a upgrade done, received the handset which was the incorrect colour, accepted that we all make errors, contacted the call centre to get more info as to how do i return the handset & get the correct colour, i was directed to a branch, which did not assist, then contacted the call centre again, the lady indicated that all i have to do is take the phone to another branch, let the consultant know that they have to book the phone back, & that i will receive another handset immediately. I then took the handset to Halfway house on the 27/04/2013, was assisted by Bernard, he then stated that the phone would need to be assessed as the seal was broken, understandable, but he also advised that he would contact me on the Monday 29/04/2013, to verify delivery details, till now i did not receive a call, i had to contact him instead, he states that the phone was only booked back today & that he was going to call me, i then stated that his service was very poor, his response was "THATS FINE
