I took out a new contract at nashua mobile Clearwater on the 24th of August 2013. When going to collect goods I was informed that one of the phones was not there but that it would be delivered ASAP. However i still don't have the phone. Spoke to branch manager Karen on Tuesday 3september were I had to book in the phone so the others can be ordered. I was then told it would be delivered to me in about 2days. No such luck went there this morning sat 7 sept to collect the phones to find out it has not even been packaged yet. The branch manager got extremely arrogant trying to make me a in saying she never stated that it would take about 2 days. I told her I have been a loyal Nashua customer for the last 6 years and am extremely disappointed in the service I am receiving, she then asked me why do I bother staying with Nashua then.
If anybody is looking at taking a new contract I would advise you to stay away from nm clearwater as you will receive no customer service. I am still without my phones and no one can tell me when I will receive them and yes I would probably still have to pay for this even tho I have not used the device.
