I am extremely upset and disappointed with the service received from Nashua Mobile. On 28/02/2013 I upgraded my contract and was told my phone will be ready for collection on 01/03/2013. On the 1st I was told the incorrect colour was ordered and the right colour was requested and awaiting delivery. Aneesa then went on leave, when I called on the 4th, I was told I would be called back and was not. I then called on the 6th and Aneesa advised that they are awaiting delivery and she will call be back. Since then no response and nobody answers the branch line. I sent an online query, ref: 23477 - no response. I then tried the call centre and spoke to Maureen who was not of much help, and was also told that the correct colour has still not been requested for. I would like the call to be listened to as after being on the line for 30 minutes, Maureen disconnected the line while I was on hold and did not call back. I had to explain myself repeatedly and was told that the call centre can do nothing about it. One week later I have no phone or response but my account has been debited for the subscription. When am I going to receive any feedback? Regards Raksha
