Billing of incorrect Internet usage on cellphone

I have been billed for internet access on my account that I did not use. After contacting Vodacom I was refunded for an amount that I cannot place and only for the month in question and not backdated. I was not contacted directly which is very unprofessional as it was additional unauthorised charges on my contract. I just received an sms stating that I would be refunded and then I was asked to rate the service of the person that made the changes. This is the second time that Vodacom has treated me this badly. In the last instance I missed a call and was then sent an sms to rate service that I did not receive. A call should not be closed without communicating with the client that logged the call. I have been a Vodacom customer since 2002 but am not likely to continue with their service once my contract expires due to their lack of urgency and unprofessional behaviour. I even tweeted them and it did not seem to make a difference to resolving my issues.
