Being double billed - still no solution

For a long time MTN has been double billing my account. When we queried it, they found out that somebody had opened another contract using my information, this has been since 2011. At their request I have sent through all the information (affidavit) to solve this months ago, and I was told the would reimburse me. Yet I am still being billed. Thank you MTN for assisting criminals in what is essentially. I expected MTN to respond to this swiftly but it reflects your concern for your customers.
