Impossible to get a double billed account reversed

For the month of September I got double billed on my account (through a debit order), after sending an email to complain about this, I got refunded, without any apology or excuse for their error. This month (end of Oct) the same thing happened again. I then sent a letter enquiring about why this has happened again and asked for a reversal (sent 31 Oct), but received no response. After this I have sent 4 further emails (4 Nov, 5 Nov, 15 Nov, 20 Nov) in a space of 3 weeks and have phoned them (15 Nov). The operator told me to send another email showing my account details to prove I have been double billed. I did as instructed and did not receive any feedback or comment (even though they guaranteed a 24 hour response time!). Frustrated I have finally got a letter of Demand written up to force them to refund me or at very least respond to me. They duly ignored this letter! I am truly shocked how little they care about their customers. I will be pursuing further legal action against them to get my money back and will be leaving Altech Autopage. I find this saddening as I have had a contract with 3 numbers on it for around 10 years and to be treated this way is truly disgusting.
