Hi all,

My contract expired recently and I was alerted that I should upgrade my handset. I went to a Vodashop and found the prices unreasonable. The person assisting me said that I could opt not to replace the handset and retain my current package, which would come to an amount of R300 approximately.

I've been billed for my mobile account an amount of R603.92 this morning. What the heck is going on?

Can someone please investigate and let me know why I've been double billed?
