Cell C
CANCELLED MY CONTRACT AND STILL BEING BILLED

The above mentioned gentleman contacted me regarding my issue and i assured me that a cancellation will occur on the return of my handset and all its accessories. i was told NO COST will incur due to a confirmed fact that the network in my area is beyond poor. I was told that a PRO-RATA costing basis will be effective for the number of days and minutes used for the month of May (returned phone 10/05/13). I am extremely upset with Cell C because they charged me for the full amount of my usual monthly subscription and also this contract is still NOT CANCELLED.

I have tried to make contact with the above mentioned gentlemen but have failed to get a response. I demand instant attention to my query and i will not tolerate any form of negotiations from Cell C
