I submitted this complaint on 20 October 2013:
"Telkom is (unfortunately) my ISP. I am a researcher at a University and do send out a lot of emails from time to time. Since the end of September I cannot send any emails (I can receive) on my Telkom account, seeing that I receive the following message "Sender address rejected: SAIX TOS - SAIX Ref: S1850 Blacklisted for Bulkmail". I have asked for help on this issue either by logging a request to Telkom Support (Ref number #407038 on 28 Sept; #407551 on 30 Sept; #408601 on 3 Oct; and # 408812 on 3 Oct) and by phoning them. Not one of these ways in trying to find out what is going on and how I can resolve the problem was worth the effort - they have not responded to the written requests, and verbally I was I informed that it is not a technical problem, therefore they cannot help me. It seems to me that Telkom is not going to help me, and I do not have an idea who can help me - neither do the persons on Telkom Support. Does anyone know what I must do - I need to respond to emails received via my Telkom account, but Telkom is only willing to accept my monthly payment and not provide service for that.
