Data Bundle Purchased with Royalty Points

I have an MTN contract through Nashua Mobile. On 16 December 2012, I used my Royalty Points to purchase a 24hr uncapped data bundle to run an update and backup on my phone. I also purchased two 10MB bundles to see if they were working. I received 3 confirmation SMS's, and my royalty point balance went down respectively for the 3 bundles.. I then used the internet and checked my data bundle balance and saw it going down, so I assumed they were all active. I have done this very thing twice before, and never had a problem. I let it run through the night, only to receive an SMS from Nashua, saying I am over my R300 limit. After communicating with them for months, they told me that the 24hr bundle was not active and that I am liable. I have asked them for the the running royalty point balance and SMS transcript, but they are not listening to me, and have been very horrible.
I am resorting to contacting you directly. It cost nearly R12000 for just 9GBs, and I would never have done this knowing that. It may not have activated on MTN's end, but I do not see why I am liable since I did what I could with the info I had. We have been customers with you since the mid 90's. Please reverse this
