Illegal Marketing

Vodacom have handed over my contact details to a 3rd party by the company name of weaver. I'm guessing Vodacom believe they are above the law as I am a member of DMA and I have declined giving Vodacom any permission to hand my number to marketing. I do believe MTN are also involved as they are working off the same list of contact numbers.

I suggest Vodacom/MTN/Weaver provide proof that they have insured my contact details have been removed from these illegal lists or face legal action from my attorneys. If I receive one more phone call from any other telemarketing company I shall add a case of harassment to the list of offences. This is annoying and against the law, you guys should know well what you are people off!
