Haven't recieved new phone yet!!

I Am a very Good Costumer With cell c for years all my account paid every month, i have a couple of contracts with them is have applied for a new phone they promised me the the phone will be delivered on 12th of April 2013 it has been 6 days, i am Very Angry,
very disappointed never had this issue i am going to cancel all my contracts with cell c as well. if i don't
receive the phone by the 15th April 2013 i am going to cancel the order for my the new Phone Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini.
