3 Weeks to Upgrade and still no joy

On 08/08/12 I phoned Cell C to upgrade my handset. I orginally requested the Samsung S4, but less than 2 hours later, I phoned and requested Tintswalo Shiburi to change the upgrade to the S4 MINI. Tintswalo confirmed that the phone will be swopped for the correct phone. On 13/08/13 the phone was delivered. I confirmed with the courier service that it is the correct phone. It was the WRONG PHONE. I immediately contacted Tintswalo. She refused to take the phone back, saying it was my mistake! Jack van Schalkwyk, her manager, confirmed that they can swop the phone for the correct one. Tintswalo then advised me that she could not tell me how long it will take for them to collect the phone and only after they have collected the phone, will they send me the correct phone which will take another 3 - 7 working days. I then contacted the headoffice. As per the CPA, I have every right to send the phone back and request the correct phone to be sent to me, as was requested in the first place. 19/08/13 the phone has still not been collected and I have still not received my new phone. It is absolutely ridiculous how this simple action has turned into a nightmare!
