Worst service ever... Two months to get a phone??

In march i placed an order through FNB for a cell c contract with a white blackberry z10, I was told the phone will be delivered with in 7 days. After waiting two weeks I was told there is no stock and I was on a back order...
On the 23rd of April I finally received my phone. After opening it I saw it was black and not white which wasn't a really big issue and I didn't want to waste my time calling cell c just because of the colour..
After using the phone for only two days I noticed the phone losing network and only after I do a battery pull the network comes back for a few hours and then loses network again... which was getting really frustrating, I even tried a different sim card which was giving me the same problem.
On the 25th of April I called cell c to tell them the phone is faulty, I was told to pack the phone back in the box..and a courier will come fetch it within 7 days..and the phone will be tested and If faulty they'll send me a new one..
I'm really disappointed will I have to wait another month?? With this kind of service I might as well cancel this contract and go back to vodacom
