8 day guarantee... not true

I was treated so well by a sales consultant who promised me that if i buy a samsung S4 i will have it within 8 working days. because i believed that they treated me well i also changed my internet to them which would be delivered together with my phone. After 4 days i recieve a package from cell c but only contained my data sim. When i called to find out about my phone i was told it would arrive in the next 2 days, 4 days later i call and am advised they have no stock and cannot tell me when to expect the phone. Since this i have seen many people with the same phone from other providers as well as a friend who ordered one after i did and has already recieved his phone so obviously at some oint there has been stock and i was just clearly forgotten. I have ordered a samsung s4 through my bank so if that arrives first Cell c can go shove theirs...
