Still waiting for a response - sort it out 8ta!

After first posting a customer complaint on this website on Friday 24th May I received the standard 8ta response shown below.

Just wanted to flag up for all other users and to the 8ta Social Media team that unsurprisingly I still havent been contacted or informed about this 'investigation' into my complaint. I wont be holding my breath for a reply either - this is after all the "72 hour wait time to be given a call back" and the 2 week wait time to be given a highly ineffective technical support call.

Cant believe how shockingly poor your service and customer response standards are 8ta!!! Seriously, you need to up your game.

Anyone else reading this - my advice is save yourself some time and stress and stay far far far away. I wont be waiitng for a call back 8ta, but I'm sure you'll send me a generic, computer generated reply anyway after I post this.
