I sent 8ta customer support an email on the 25th of April and some anonymous agent, they would not represent themselves (not surprised if you work for 8ta) who took 3 weeks to reply was not at all helpful claiming the problem (internet speed) has been resolved. It was not and he/she did not even ask if anything has changed for me, just stated the net is fixed. LOL! Shameful 8ta!

Why do you to your customers that support your business?!!! Please answer this question in your reply.

Very similar cases I see here everyday posted over and over and you guys are just collecting money and laughing it seems. I have never experienced such low and pathetic service from a company as I have from 8ta / Telkom Mobile.

Please don't send me that "We sent you an email and awaiting your reply so we can help you further" email! It is a generic template answer you guys use for everyone and if you do send it again I will make sure to copy and paste it on every social media site I know to show and prove you guys don't even read your customers queries and complaints.

P.S. Note the time of this complaint (04:20am) before the internet cuts out AGAIN!
