Yet again, after another 2week, and nothing got done!! Must I take this matter to ICASA or Legal action??
(Its been months now, that I am trying to sort out contracts that's taken out as "Sim ONLY" month to month, but the stores managed it to 24 months contracts!! No one wants to fix it!! The store send me to 180, and they send me to the store!! How can Telkom Mobile bully you into a 24 months contract, when their T & C's clearly states that "SIM ONLY" are month to month?? I need someone to call me back, as I will not go to a store again!! This contracts are illegal. Raymund)
