This is all one gets and NOTHING happens. I have posted on Hello Peter, e-mailed phoned but may as well talk to the hand. Obviously not concerned about their customers. i have had the same problems of data disappearing, no signal, etc. for 3 months. Try get hold of MD of Telkom Mobile, Mr. Attila Vitai and no luck.
Maybe the Ombudsman for mobile providers will be able to assist. Tel 011 321 8280 fAX 011 4481870.
its so easy to promise the world but get a pebble - so long as they get your money. I am so disgusted with 8ta and have never experience such disgusting service in my whole business life. They do not belong in the business world. In Afrikaans "goedkoopp is duurkoop" says it all.
