Still Bad service

Hi there,

I posted the below regarding bad service. I then got a response saying that 8ta have sent me an email. I haven't received anything? Is this an attempt to make the problem go away? Try calling

I applied for a Telkom/8ta Simple plan on 2012-09-05. I received a message and looked on the website and both said that I will have my adsl and 3G service by 15 November 2012. I have still not received anything.
By the time I receive anything (if that ever happens) the Telkom simple plan will not be a special anymore and probably not exist. All the advertisements say that you will have everything in a few days and I feel that this is false advertising.

I will wait another week before cancelling as it seems this is a waste of time.
