I have received my cell from cell c. I've spent the whole day today trying to get my cell activated, to no avail!

I called 084145 at 8:39am to activate my cell. They said to would be in an hour to four hours. I went into cell c Fourways at 14:50 and they kindly let me use their phone as I am not paying another cent trying to get hold of the direct sale dept... Infact it should be called the indirect department as nothing gets done.

So I spoke to a consultant who said it HAD NOT BEEN activated yet!!!

So now I will have to wait another day or more to actually use my cell.

I'm over the angry stage, I've moved to more of a I don't really give a stage as the cell I currently have in my possession is not registered as being delivered. Thanks cell c for the free galaxy s4!

Sort your company out please. I will be going to the ombudsman or even my legal team to see if I can recoup the revenue lost during this period of bad customer service.
