I am now very frustrated!!! Mboneng who was supposed to call me with regards to my query still has not called!!! I called the call centre again yesterday and the agent advised me that initially my contract had to be changed to a Straight Up Top Up, which wasn't done. It was just changed to a straight up and that is why I have charges being incurred to my account. Another thing is I just received my data on the first and it is already finished... how can this be??? I have put everything off on the phone, but it is still incurring charges. I hate this Z10 and the longer you people take to sort this thing out the more charges are incurring!!!
