No response from Supervisor/agent slams phone down

Four months ago I emailed Chubb to have my banking details changed for my debit order. After being a loyal Chubb client for the past 09 years, I didn't think this would be a major issue. Low and behold... I am still not sure if my details have been changed and they have attempted to debit my old account for the past four months incurring R160 bank charges on each transaction. Their response... "I saw your query and I am not able to refund your bank charges. The email does not prove who the client service urgent sent the email to in the accounts department. Even then your bank charges cannot be refunded." Talk about customer service!!! NOT!!! I as the customer must prove who their consultant forwarded my request on to??? I emailed Salomi the same day and am yet to even receive a confirmation of reading my email!!!
This morning Bonnie called me querying the outstanding payments and when I asked her to have her Supervisor call me, she slammed the phone down in my ear! I am in no way at fault.
Chubb is this the way you treat your loyal customers? ADT HERE I COME!
