Highest Honour for Most Pathetic Service rendered to a client!

The level of incompetence exemplified by Telkom staff is unfathomable.
Never in my life have I experienced such shockingly pathetic levels of service.
It all began in Jan2013 when my account started being double debited.
I tried to down-grade my package as I only used the ADSL.
This, they completely this up!
I tried to have my line moved to a new residence on 5 March - this is when the real nightmare stared.
81 Days later a technician rocked up, 5 minutes later he was gone with a promise "I'll be back"
Needless to say he never came back.
The end result is, my area is not fit for installation.
Fine.
But Telkom rates it will take another 3 months to prep.
Today 3 June, 90 days after I requested the move, I gave up.
I tried to cancel - 35 extremely frustrating min on the phone later, the lady told me, they might phone you in one month!
Telkom, you will cancel this line today!
You will give all my money back I wasted over the past 3 months.

Telkom must be the most pathetic company in all of the land.
Zero accountability & zero desire to perform even the most basic of duties
