2 Months and counting to move a line

Once again I turn to HelloPeter to voice my frustration.
I have collectively spent about 10 highly frustrating hours on the phone, speaking to one incompetent careless employee after the other.
Everyone promises to phone back, but nothing, zero accountability.

I requested for my line to be moved on 5 March, today 7 May still absolutely nothing has been done.
Telkom keeps throwing the "there is no infrastructure in your area" move.
Yet, my pretty decent upmarket complex is right next to a vehicle dealership, surely they have landline phones?
Meaning there is infrastructure.

Funny also that my DSTV works perfectly fine.
Yet Telkom recons I live in the ghobse.
They are happy to take my money every month with nothing in return.
I hate Telkom!

I ask myself why not simply switch to Neotel.
I challenge any one is South Africa to list a more pathetic company in terms of service delivery.
Product offering is good, but customer service and employee competency is shockingly poor.
