Cell C keeping Screwing up

My Samsung Galaxy (which is less than a year old), constantly switches on & off & has no signal most of the time. I have called into Cell C numerous times explaining the problem, their response is go into a dealership & have it fixed but NONE of the dealerships in my area have replacement phones, so I applied for a new phone. I spend over more than 2hrs on the phone doing this 2 weeks ago Friday with a lady named Ntombifuthi Dhlamini, she assured me I would get it the following Friday before 14h00 I also mentioned to her on numerous occasions (following it up on email) that I specifically wanted it in BLACK. When this didn't happen I called in & spoke the supervisor Ranzil Mageza, she assured me I would then get the phone on Monday instead. Today I get a call from the courier company (who were given the wrong address) saying they were on their way, the parcel eventually arrived and inside was a WHITE phone... I am beyond frustration I need this phone urgently, previously took the incorrect phone (when Cell C up my order) and regreted it. Getting through to the Cell C call centre is a 20min wait & no one responds to my emails... Vodacom is starting to look like a good idea!
